01 / October / 2012 The senior partner of the firm Sh.Prashant Katara represented a resident of “Hauz Khas Village” before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court against “illegal construction” as well as encroachment upon public land being done at Hauz Khas Village. The Hon’ble Delhi High Court disposed off the said petition with a direction to maintain “Status-Quo” regarding the construction till the application of the petitioner was decided.
